It record fine when I'm inside the app, but when I go to home screen or other apps while recording it shows the screen black when you view the video later !!!!

Because you are on ios 7 this is an ios 6.1.3 or lower trick that does not work on ios7 also learn to read because on top it says does not work on ios 7

I am using this on my ios six device and I have it downloaded, but whenever I record more than a 2 1/2 minute video, It puts 3 things on my RECORDED VIDEOS section; Audio, the video WITHOUT audio, and the video WITH audio WITHOUT picture... PLZ PLZ PLZ HELP!!!

Ugh darn it, I can't do it. It keeps saying cant comment to weebly and then when I can it starts then once it is downloaded it says you have to turn off your iPod and then turn it back on to download so I did that but!!! It won't let me download it because it says the same thing again ;(
